Description

A delightful holiday treat that combines the creamy goodness of white chocolate with the tangy flavor of cranberries.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups high-quality white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dried cranberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted (about 5 to 7 minutes).
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the pure vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Gently fold in the dried cranberries until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into a lined baking dish and use a spatula to spread it evenly.
  5. Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and cool for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Once set, remove from the fridge, take it out of the pan, and cut into squares.
