- 3 cups high-quality white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dried cranberries (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted (about 5 to 7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in the pure vanilla extract and salt.
- Gently fold in the dried cranberries until evenly distributed.
- Pour the fudge mixture into a lined baking dish and use a spatula to spread it evenly.
- Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and cool for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once set, remove from the fridge, take it out of the pan, and cut into squares.
Notes
