Description

A delightful and refreshing drink that combines classic flavors with a creamy twist, perfect for warm-weather gatherings.


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup pink lemonade mix (such as Country Time)
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons pink lemonade mix (for extra zing!)
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • Ice (as much as you’d like)

Instructions

  1. Whip together ¼ cup pink lemonade mix and heavy whipping cream on high until the cream has thickened and stiff peaks form.
  2. Set out two glasses. Add one tablespoon of pink lemonade mix to each glass and pour in ¾ cup water. Stir well and top with ice until the glass is about two-thirds full.
  3. Top each glass with the pink lemonade whipped cream prepared earlier.
  4. Gently stir the cream into the lemonade before serving. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy whipping cream with coconut cream or use almond/oat milk for a lighter drink.
