- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 bag white chocolate chips
- ½ cup butter
- 1 bag sugar cookie mix
- Rainbow sprinkles or any sprinkles of your choice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Line your dish with parchment paper for easy removal of the fudge later.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
- Pour in the sweetened condensed milk, stirring continuously over low heat until combined.
- Add the white chocolate chips, stirring until they completely melt into the mixture.
- Add half of the sugar cookie mix and stir until fully combined.
- Add the remaining sugar cookie mix and stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Pour the fudge mixture into your parchment-lined dish, scraping every bit from the saucepan.
- Using a spatula, flatten the fudge evenly in the dish.
- Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top of the fudge mixture.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours.
- Once set, cut the fudge into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For longer storage, freeze wrapped tightly in plastic wrap.
