- 1 loaf of artisanal Italian bread
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, and salt. Blend into a creamy mixture.
- Carefully slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter on both halves.
- In a separate bowl, mix cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Pack the spaghetti mixture into the garlic butter-coated bread halves and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
