Description

A unique dish that combines the flavors of spaghetti and garlic bread for an irresistible comfort food experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of artisanal Italian bread
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, and salt. Blend into a creamy mixture.
  3. Carefully slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter on both halves.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Pack the spaghetti mixture into the garlic butter-coated bread halves and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
  7. Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
