Description

A delightful combination of rich brownies and chocolate chip cookies topped with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • Ingredients required on the back of the box (like eggs, oil, etc.)
  • 1 roll refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 12 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place paper cupcake liners in the baking sheet.
  3. Prepare brownie batter according to the directions on the box.
  4. Cut the cookie dough into 12 even pieces.
  5. Press the cookie dough down into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
  6. Place one Reese’s Peanut Butter cup upside down in each cookie dough filled muffin cup.
  7. Spoon the brownie batter over the Reese’s Peanut Butter cup until the liners are almost full.
  8. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.

Notes

Serve fresh out of the oven with vanilla ice cream or as is. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month.
