A whimsical dessert that combines vanilla ice cream and Lucky Charms marshmallows for a fun and delicious treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Full-fat vanilla ice cream
- 1½ cups self-rising flour
- 1–2 cups Lucky Charms marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, combine melted ice cream with self-rising flour.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Sprinkle the Lucky Charms marshmallows on top of the batter.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
- Allow the bread to cool completely before removing it from the loaf pan.
- Cut the bread into thick slices and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, use reduced-fat ice cream or whole wheat flour. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
