Description

A whimsical dessert that combines vanilla ice cream and Lucky Charms marshmallows for a fun and delicious treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Full-fat vanilla ice cream
  • 1½ cups self-rising flour
  • 12 cups Lucky Charms marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine melted ice cream with self-rising flour.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Sprinkle the Lucky Charms marshmallows on top of the batter.
  6. Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
  7. Allow the bread to cool completely before removing it from the loaf pan.
  8. Cut the bread into thick slices and enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter version, use reduced-fat ice cream or whole wheat flour. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
