Ingredients

- 4 (2.25 ounces each) frozen hash brown patties
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 4 large eggs (fried, poached, or scrambled)
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (or cotija)
Instructions
- Lightly mash the avocado with a fork until smooth but still textured. Mix in lemon juice, sriracha, and some salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
- Place frozen hash brown patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- While the hash browns cook, prepare the eggs as desired (fried, poached, or scrambled).
- Remove hash browns from the air fryer and top each with a quarter of the mashed avocado, a cooked egg, fresh cracked pepper, 2 tablespoons of salsa, and 1 tablespoon of cheese.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
