Description

A comforting twist on lasagna, this Creamy Alfredo Lasagna Soup combines rich flavors with creamy goodness, perfect for chilly evenings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a large pot over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the pot and sauté until tender.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add broken lasagna noodles and spinach, cooking until noodles are al dente.
  5. Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper.
