Description

Delicious rollups filled with gooey cheese and fragrant garlic, perfect as a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: Chopped fresh parsley
  • Optional: Extra Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  3. Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella and a light sprinkle of Parmesan cheese onto each triangle.
  4. Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle up to the tip, enclosing the cheese inside. Place the rollups seam side down on the baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  6. Brush the garlic butter generously over each rollup, reserving some for garnish after baking.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Once baked, brush any remaining garlic butter on top and garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

These rollups can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking. Pair with marinara sauce for dipping.
