Bunny Munch is a fun, sweet treat that’s perfect for spring! My family loves making it together, especially during Easter. It’s so easy and delicious – a great snack for busy days or weekend gatherings!
Ingredients
8 cups square rice cereal
2 cups mini pretzel twists
1 pound white almond bark
1 and 1/2 cup funfetti cake mix
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 cups fruit mini marshmallows
2 cups pastel M&Ms
2 cups mini Cadbury Eggs
Easter sprinkles
Instructions
1. Start by heating your cake mix on a baking sheet in a 350 degree oven for 5 minutes, then set aside.
2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt your almond bark in 30-second intervals until all melted and smooth.
3. To the melted chocolate, add your cereal and pretzels and stir to coat all the pieces.
4. Place the coated cereal and pretzels in one very large Ziploc bag or two gallon bags.
5. Sprinkle half the powdered sugar in one bag and the other half in the other bag.
6. Split the cake mix between the two bags as well.
7. Pour your desired amount of sprinkles in each bag.
8. Add the mini marshmallows, M&Ms, and Cadbury eggs.
9. Zip the bags up and shake around until all the cereal is coated with the sugar and cake mix.
10. Serve!

Baking Cake Mix Tip: Heating the cake mix in the oven helps activate its flavor and prevents any raw taste. Be sure to spread it evenly on the baking sheet for consistent toasting.
Coating the Cereal: For even coating, stir the cereal and pretzels into the melted almond bark gently to avoid breaking the pieces. You can also use a large spoon to help mix it evenly.
Bag Shaking Tip: If you’re using two bags, ensure that both bags are sealed tightly before shaking to prevent spills. Shaking them in batches ensures a thorough coat of powdered sugar and cake mix.
Add-Ins Flexibility: Customize the mix-ins to your liking by adding other festive candies like jelly beans, or swap the mini Cadbury eggs for chocolate eggs. You can also adjust the sweetness with more or less powdered sugar.
